You will support and steer projects across different departments that have a critical impact on our company and directly relate to making mobility fun and sustainable.Steering & KPI reporting: Support in the Fleet department's reporting process by tracking key performance indicators, ensuring targets are met, identifying risks, and driving strategic solutions.Question the status quo: Critically examine and optimize existing processes to enhance efficiency, helping us build a world-class, data-driven organization that runs seamlessly.Your ProfileYou are pursuing a degree in business administration, finance, economics, industrial engineering, or a related field with a strong academic track record and outstanding achievements.Previous experience in consulting, startups, or another fast-paced environment.Ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities in an evolving business environment, while effectively coordinating and managing multiple projects.Strong problem-solving skills with innovative and creative approaches to overcoming them.Proficiency in data analysis, with a high level of comfort working with numbers and translating insights into actionable business strategies.Genuine interest in and curiosity about the mobility industry, with the ability to stay informed on industry trends.Availability from January 2026 for an internship of 4 to 6 months.Very good German skills (C2) and fluent English skills (B2).Interested?Please upload your CV online.
