You will join a team of sustainability enthusiasts with the objective of integrating this topic in the organization by providing support to the sustainability head office and actively shaping the projects and administrative management processes.
* Propose, implement and manage activities for raising sustainability awareness and identity within the organization and in accordance with CZ Meditec AG cultural journey
* Actively contribute to monitoring, documenting and tracking processes related to sustainability regulatory compliance, among others CSRD, EU-Taxonomy, Packaging-Directive and others ESG relevant topics
* Propose, coordinate and implement sustainability team liaison and exchange activities with internal and external stakeholders and in agreement with the head of sustainability
* Actively support and execute the administrative processes of the sustainability department, among others events organization, orders and travels management, meetings, communications, reporting, recruiting
* Completed degree in sustainability sciences, management, international business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field with a strong affinity for sustainability; alternatively, commercial training with relevant work experience and interest in sustainability.
* Ideally, knowledge of key sustainability regulatory frameworks (e.g., CSRD, EU Taxonomy, SBTi).
* Experience in global manufacturing companies or internationally operating, cross-functional organizations.
* Business fluent in spoken and written German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
* Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), SharePoint, MS Teams; basic SAP skills; knowledge of BI tools and dashboard creation is desirable.
* Basic project management skills, strong organizational ability, flexibility, and attention to detail when handling multiple tasks.
* Highly self-motivated, organized, and enthusiastic about sustainability topics and teamwork.
