The following challenges await you:
1. As part of the Heraeus IT team, you collaborate with IT- and business stakeholders to understand and implement requirements for applications focused on Customer Channels such as Microsoft Cloud Dynamics (capabilities in the divisions of pre-sales, sales, after-sales, marketing and customer service) and Online Channels (such as Customer Portals) to improve Digital Customer Experience.
2. Collaborate with members from various IT teams to oversee the development, implementation, and regression testing of applications following the integrated approach cross D modules and cross business divisions.
3. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices and technologies and proactively work with business stakeholders to identify use cases for the respective Heraeus companies.
4. Conduct gap analysis and process mapping to identify functional specifications for enhancements and customizations (focus on D).
5. Assuming responsibilities in the role of a D administrator, with a focus on D modules from the integrated setup.
6. Drive adoption and monitoring of tool & process performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement as enhancement realization.
Your profile:
7. Master’s degree in computer science, information systems or a related field
8. 5+ years of experience working with D (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service), ideally in a consulting or solution-oriented role
9. Deep know-how of administration and configuration of D environments and environment & lifecycle management
10. Strong knowledge with popular D technologies like Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages
11. Know-how of divisions related to Data & Compliance within D realizations
12. Experience in gathering requirements, conducting gap analyses, process mapping and creating functional specifications in an integrated approach like integration within D application
13. Knowledge of data management best practices and data integration concepts is a plus
14. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business language into IT requirements and vice versa
15. Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
16. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
