Responsibilities
5. In this role you will be part of a team of 30 Infrastructure specialists based in Venlo, The Netherlands and Poing, Germany. You will have the opportunity to get in-depth experience in the solution areas Workplace systems and Windows Server systems in a highly professional IT environment. You do so by participating in projects and maintenance and support activities
6. Maintenance and support activities for Windows Server systems and underlying technology like Active Directory, Intune and endpoint security
7. CPP depends on the availability and performance of our infrastructure solutions. It is our primary task to ensure this according to agreed service levels and agreed price points
8. Design of infrastructure roadmaps with maintenance and support perspective that influence application designs
9. Project participation in a multidisciplinary technical environment
Profile
10. Relevant qualification in the field of IT and 5 years of professional experience in an IT environment
11. Good understanding and experience in Microsoft solutions both for Workplace and Server systems
12. Windows Server administration (operating system and hardware)
13. Windows environment administration, including patch management, ADS, DNS, PowerShell and Azure
14. Administration of virtualization platforms
15. Administration of Windows-based tools, like Exchange or Intune
16. Support and creation of software packages
17. Endpoint Security
18. Third-level Windows Support
19. Team-player / Capable of engaging with internal and external partners and customers
20. Good communication skills in English language. German language skills are a plus
