Job Description
The role of Global HSE Manager is to provide strategic leadership in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) matters across the organization.
This includes developing and implementing effective HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
The Global HSE Manager will work closely with senior leaders and functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, implement process improvements, and promote a culture of HSE excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing HSE strategies, objectives, and action plans
* Conducting risk assessments and providing recommendations for mitigation
* Coordinating and facilitating training programs for employees on HSE topics
* Maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulatory bodies and industry associations
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A degree in a relevant field, such as safety engineering or environmental science
* Professional certification in occupational health and safety (e.g., CIH or CSP)
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HSE role, preferably in a global or multinational environment
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
