What you can expect
1. You prioritize research initiatives aligned with product and company goals and develop long‑term research roadmaps.
2. You derive strategic research objectives and advise product teams on key decisions.
3. You independently conduct complex qualitative and quantitative studies across multiple products or teams.
4. You identify system‑wide patterns, trends and insights, applying advanced methods such as Jobs‑to‑be‑Done, Opportunity Mapping or Experience Gap analyses.
5. You develop scalable processes for data collection, analysis and synthesis.
6. You plan, facilitate and lead workshops such as discovery, alignment or opportunity sessions.
7. You build and maintain a structured research repository.
8. You establish reliable UX KPIs and measurement processes to ensure UX impact can be quantified.
9. You collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product teams, data analysts and additional stakeholders.
10. You support hiring and onboarding of new team members in the research function.
11. You coach and mentor less experienced colleagues.
What makes you stand out
12. You bring several years of experience (at least 4–8 years) in UX research or a related field.
13. You possess deep knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods as well as advanced synthesis techniques.
14. You confidently and purposefully develop research strategies and roadmaps.
15. You analyze complex relationships and communicate your insights clearly and comprehensibly.
16. You facilitate workshops with confidence and excel in stakeholder management.
17. You ideally have experience in ResearchOps and KPI definition.
