Job Description Shopware is a leading ecommerce system that enables companies worldwide to scale quickly and efficiently in digital commerce. As a trendsetting open source solution, Shopware is already used by some of the largest European brands, retailers and manufacturers in the B2C and B2B industries. Welcome to our Campus! Our campus is more than an office—it’s a place of connection. Colleagues, guests, customers, and ideas come together here every day. For that to work smoothly, we rely on people who enjoy keeping an overview, approach others with openness, and take joy in making things possible. As a Junior Campus Manager (m/f/d), you will be part of our Campus team and support all areas around front desk, service, organization, and the overall campus experience. You will gain exposure to every part of the role, learn on the job, and grow step by step—without pressure, and with plenty of support. Whether you’re at the start of your career, coming from a different field, or simply ready for something new—we’re excited to meet you. This position is on site at our headquarters in Schöppingen and is designed as part‑time (20–32 hours). We expect regular presence on campus at least four days per week. These are your tasks As the first point of contact at the front desk, you make sure visitors, colleagues, and guests feel welcome from the very first moment. During the check‑in, you manage access and arrivals with confidence and care. For campus events, you support before, during, and after—from preparation to set‑up and tear‑down. Through regular walk‑throughs, you help keep lounge, reception, and meeting areas tidy, inviting, and well prepared. With a keen eye for service and atmosphere, you and the team ensure that coffee, snacks, drinks, and fruit are available. In the day‑to‑day operations, you assist with mail, parcels, and internal errands, stepping in wherever help is needed. When supplies run low, you coordinate orders and keep replenishment on track. Across our tools (e.g. shared inbox, Slack helpdesk, visitor registration), you respond to requests in a friendly and solution‑oriented way. Around campus operations, you coordinate bookings and workflows and align reliably with other teams. Within the Campus team, you collaborate closely, cover for colleagues during vacations, and contribute to a smooth daily operation. This is what you’ll bring to the table A genuine interest in people, service, and organization motivates you to shape a place where everyone feels welcome. Reliability, friendliness, and openness guide your interactions—even when things get busy. Working on site suits you well, and you see variety as a plus rather than a hurdle. You don’t need a perfect résumé: motivation matters more than experience, and learning is part of your routine. Taking ownership comes naturally, and you approach tasks proactively rather than waiting for instructions. You communicate clearly and confidently in German and English; perfection is not the goal—honest, understandable communication is. Career changers are expressly welcome. This is what we offer you Company Culture: Open culture with flat hierarchies, where individual initiative is encouraged. Employment Contracts: Permanent positions that offer long‑term security. Flexibility: Flexible working hours and options for mobile work and full‑remote contracts. Equipment: Freedom to choose your preferred work hardware. Onboarding: Well‑structured onboarding with support from a personal "buddy." Work Environment: An inspiring environment with dedicated colleagues and a dynamic community. Development Opportunities: Diverse opportunities for personal growth and development.
