For our branch in Unterschleißheim near Munich, we are currently seeking: Service Representative (m/f/d) for 1st & 2nd Level Help Desk Your diverse responsibilities: Multichannel (telephone and written) customer support in 1st and 2nd level support Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues Network administration and monitoring of installed systems Ensuring compliance with service level agreements Installation and configuration of hardware and software via remote access Maintenance of customer master data Participation in outbound sales campaigns Your qualifications: Completed business and/or IT training At least 3 years of experience in customer support/IT help desk Solid knowledge of MS Office Strong service and customer focus Strong verbal and written communication skills (German & English) Knowledge of hardware and software (installation and configuration) as well as LAN, WLAN, and VPN is desirable A strong willingness to learn and curiosity about new technologies But above all: team spirit and a passion for collaboration.
