Your tasks
1. Develop and enhance the CRM architecture, including future AI solutions
2. Configure and customize Salesforce features, such as case management
3. Integrate third-party systems (e.g., telephony, chatbots) using APIs and middleware tools
4. Implement, automate, and create workflows to optimize customer service processes
5. Conduct data migrations, validations, and clean-ups
6. Participate in the entire development cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support of our CRM solutions
7. Maintain and ensure the accuracy of developer documentation
Your profile
8. At least two years of experience in software development, administration, and configuration of Salesforce CRM solutions
9. Strong programming skills in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows
10. Hands-on experience in integrating systems via REST and SOAP APIs, as well as middleware tools (e.g., Mulesoft)
11. Solid understanding of IT security guidelines and cloud technologies
12. Several years of experience as a quality-conscious developer
13. You are familiar with working in agile projects and appreciate flexibility and dynamism
14. You are a team player who enjoys sharing knowledge with others and is open to new challenges
15. Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
