FunctieomschrijvingSelect Projects is seeking a proactive and experienced Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) Lead to oversee the planning and execution of C&Q activities for MedTech facility projects at two key sites in Germany.
This role focuses on utilities, HVAC systems, and cleanroom environments, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality procedures.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong technical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, capable of leading multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality, compliant outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary C&Q Lead for MedTech facility projects.
2. Lead and manage C&Q engineering teams to deliver project scope effectively.
3. Develop and execute C&Q documentation in alignment with cGMP, internal quality standards, and client-specific procedures.
4. Ensure safety compliance within the C&Q team throughout project execution.
5. Oversee project scope execution, including scheduling, coordination, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement.
6. Collaborate closely with Project Delivery, Engineering & Design, Construction Management, Site Engineering, Automation, Maintenance, Operations, and Quality teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Profiel Required:
7. 8–10 years of relevant industry experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within C&Q projects.
8. Strong knowledge of current C&Q methodologies, including ISPE guidelines, ICH standards, and risk-based approaches.
9. Proven experience in developing and maintaining C&Q project schedules.
10. Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate both internal and external project teams.
11. Hands-on experience with MedTech facility and utility C&Q projects.
12. Familiarity with local regulatory requirements in Germany.
13. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
14. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Preferred:
15. Prior experience managing large-scale capital projects (budget > €10 million).
Language Requirements:
16. Proficiency in both German and English is essential.
