Define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines while coordinating efforts across business, IT, and engineering stakeholders.
Communicate project updates as well as milestones and lead mitigation and resolution of risks, issues, and dependencies.
Allocate resources, track budgets, and ensure adherence to project goals and financial constraints.
Document lessons learned and implement process improvements for future projects.
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field; 5+ years of project management experience and a track record of successfully managing large‑scale projects involving business, IT and engineering collaboration (preferably in CPQ, CRM or sales system implementation).
~ Experience in project management is required. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello or MS Project, as well as methodologies like Agile, Scrum or Waterfall, is considered a plus.
~ Experience with Tacton and MS Dynamics is a strong advantage, as well as experience with system integration, data governance and UAT practices.
~ Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams and advanced communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with business, IT and engineering teams.
~ Adaptable and resilient with strong organizational and time‑management skills to manage competing priorities and multiple complex projects.
~ Excellent English skills, both written and spoken. Additional German skills are a huge advantage.
