Purpose
Securing and expanding profitable, sustainable adidas sales, market share and brand presentation and activation within a defined national client base, taking into account the adidas brand image, especially in the Outdoor category.
Key Accountabilities
* Translate the global outdoor strategy into a functional strategy in the respective sales team
* Support of the local KA team regarding product, activation and general GTM topics
* Sell-in for all assigned customers and agreement on sell-out support for defined clients
* Documentation of the measures through account marketing plans
* Internal representation of the assigned client as an "ambassador" for all topics and vice versa, as well as coordination with all interfaces
* Analysis and compilation of all relevant customer data / information
* Development and enforcement of customer strategies and their documentation
* Plan, prepare and accompany outdoor events with the EKA team (activation)
* Development and maintenance of personal relationships, internally and externally
* Evaluation and regular analysis of customer developments (KPIs)
* Outdoor market share and POS appearance at the defined customers
* Support for the introduction of global and regional initiatives
* Reporting to all supervisors according to the reporting guidelines
* Control and report on the activities of customers and competitors as well as propose / take / implement appropriate actions
* Deliver realistic plans and forecasts of customer performance

Qualifications
1. University degree in business administration with a focus on marketing or sales or similar training
2. commercial teaching / teaching in retail or similar education with appropriate training in marketing or sales
3. 3-5 years sales experience, ideally from the sporting goods / outdoor industry
