Junior Sales Engineer

The Role
We’re looking for a Junior Sales Engineer to support mid-market and enterprise customers across the DACH region. This is a pre-sales, customer-facing role built for someone with a technical background and a hunger to grow in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
You’ll partner closely with Account Executives to understand customer needs, run product demos, and showcase how the platform delivers value at scale.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team in customer meetings, demos, and technical evaluations
Translate technical features into business value for customers
Understand customer requirements and map them to the platform’s capabilities
Respond to technical objections and RFPs
Act as a bridge between Product, Engineering, and Sales
Help drive pipeline conversion and close deals through technical excellence

What You’ll Bring
3+ years’ experience in a technical, customer-facing role (Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, TAM, etc.)
Strong cybersecurity knowledge with technical depth across cloud, infrastructure, or networking
A startup mentality - you're hungry to learn, grow, and take ownership
Strong communication and presentation skills, fluent in both German and English
Self-starter who thrives in a high-autonomy, high-impact role
Based in Germany with flexibility to travel when needed
