* Create, conceptualize, and implement ideas for CSR initiatives and content assets
* Support meeting preparation and help drive individual projects forward
* Support communication of Corporate Social Responsibility projects within internal and external ZEISS group channels
* Support updating relevant websites, presentations, trainings and guidelines
* Support benchmarking of Corporate Social Responsibility trends and continuously track the success of existing initiatives together with internal stakeholders
* Maintain and actively manage communities within Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives
* You have a bachelor`s degree in media management, sustainability, marketing communication or similar and are looking for a dual master program as Steinbeis student
* Proven project management skills, also in an international environment
* Experienced with MS Office
* Creating impact by working pragmatic, proactive and solution oriented
* Managing internal and external stakeholders
* Enjoy doing good for society within the activities of ZEISS
* Fluent in English and German, written and verbal
