Your Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Communications: Develop and implement industry-leading marketing communication processes in target markets (DACH, BeNe, IRE)
Team Leadership & Development: Supervise and mentor the Marketing Communications team, fostering skills and competencies
Lead Generation & Sales Support: Define and execute marketing plans to support lead generation and sales objectives.
Multi-Channel Marketing Execution: Manage digital and traditional marketing initiatives, including SEO, content, social media, trade press, and events
Brand & Employer Positioning: Strengthen CWS Cleanrooms’ corporate and employer brand in collaboration with leadership and HR
Performance Measurement & Optimization: Analyze marketing effectiveness, optimizing strategies based on KPIs such as lead generation and cost efficiency
Budget & Resource Management: Oversee the marketing budget, corporate identity, external service providers, and compliance with internal standards
Performance Metrics: Tracking lead generation (marketing-qualified and sales-qualified leads), cost per lead, and budget achievement
Your Skills and Qualifications
Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with in international B2B marketing communications, managing budgets over €100,000 per year
Digital & Analytical Skills: Knowledge of digital marketing tools, strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
International Experience: Experience living and working abroad preferred; multilingual skills welcome (English required, German preferred)
Leadership & Teamwork: Team player with proven leadership skills, commercially astute, and able to identify opportunities
Organized & Structured: Well-organized, structured, and capable of working in continuous improvement cultures.
Communication & Energy: Energetic, articulate, and well-spoken with excellent communication skills
Travel Readiness: Willing to travel up to 10%, especially for trade fairs
