They’re hiring their first Enterprise Account Executives to help build the foundation of a world-class Sales team. You will own expansion into major corporations, inherit a robust pipeline of high-intent leads, and close landmark multi-year enterprise deals. As one of the first dedicated Enterprise hires, you’ll also help shape the sales playbook and define the future GTM org. Location Munich, Germany (Full-time, permanent) In-person collaboration is prioritized in revel8’s new Munich hub (the team is preparing to move HQ to Munich in February 2026). What You’ll Do Full-cycle ownership: lead the entire sales process from prospecting/qualification to negotiation and closing multi-year, six-figure enterprise deals across DACH Strategic hunting: identify Tier-1 accounts and build relationships with C-level execs, CISOs, and IT-Security leaders at the largest corporations in Germany/DACH Value-driven selling: sell the vision of training millions of “human firewalls” and position revel8 against GenAI threats (deepfakes, advanced social engineering) Collaborate to win: partner with Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and Product to deliver tailored demos, proposals, and GTM strategies Deep market insight: become an expert in enterprise security awareness, competitive landscape, and customer pain points Predictable growth: manage pipeline and forecasting in CRM to consistently hit quarterly quotas What We’re Looking For 3 years B2B SaaS Enterprise Sales experience, with a track record of exceeding $1M quotas (cybersecurity background is a strong plus) Mastery of modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC) and ability to navigate complex procurement C-level negotiations over 6–12 month cycles A true hunter who loves winning new business and turning strong inbound/high-intent signals into big deals Entrepreneurial mindset: you enjoy early-stage ambiguity and want to help build the sales playbook from scratch Curiosity for AI security, and the ability to translate GenAI threats into clear business value Fluent German English (for high-stakes presentations and negotiations) How You Work High-ownership, proactive, and accountable Comfortable building structure where none exists yet Strong communicator internally externally Data-informed and process-oriented (without losing speed) Why This Role Founding Enterprise Sales role at a company with early flagship traction Direct impact on DACH expansion and the GTM strategy that will define revel8’s next chapter Mission-driven work: help build resilience against modern cyber threats New Munich office with an in-person culture (unlimited coffee, table tennis, good vibes) ESOP participation for all team members EGYM Wellpass subsidy for gyms, studios, and pools across Germany
