YOUR TASKS
1. Ownership and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform (supporting business and IT processes)
2. Backlog management and requirements analysis for new ServiceNow workflows, project preparation & implementation
3. Steering of ServiceNow related projects as well as Change & Release Management
4. Monitoring, troubleshooting and enhancement of integrations to other IT services, e.g. SAP
5. 2nd Level support of the platform and coordination of external support and development teams
6. Maintaining a close relationship with our business key users and stakeholders
7. Development of user training concepts and documentation
8. Continuous knowledge improvement of ServiceNow related technology, standards, and best practices
YOUR PROFILE
9. University degree in Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Business Administration, or other equivalent education
10. At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT, e. g. management of enterprise applications in a cloud environment, preferred ServiceNow
11. Technical knowledge of ServiceNow is a benefit, in particular ITSM, ITOM and CSM
12. You have a passion for a customer and result driven way of working
13. Knowledge in support processes (ITIL) and project management methodology (PRINCE2) are another benefit
14. You prefer a hybrid work model with 2-3 days per week at the office in Hamburg, Pamplona or Madrid and the rest working remotely
15. Excellent skills in English (German, Spanish or other languages are an additional benefit)
