With Gebr. Heinemann you are in the fast lane of your career. As Managing Director in Development (m/f/d), you will be developed into a Managing Director within 6-18 months with the aim of managing your own global organization within the GH Group in the short term.
Your new job includes
* Go through a fast track tailor-made development program - on a global level!
* Advance your journey through different stages at our headquarters in Hamburg and at selected national and international retail locations
* Receive a tailor-made training program that will take you to the next level, both personally and professionally
* Work in close sparring with our C-level on overarching strategic projects
* Receive exclusive and personal mentoring from top Gebr. Heinemann leaders throughout the entire program
Preferred Profile
* Several years of experience in Retail, Travel Retail, FMCG or Hospitality as well as several years of management experience
* International flexibility and mobility, both during and especially after the program
* Lots of drive, initiative and a strong hands-on mentality
* A strong passion for retail, strategy and people management
* A successfully completed degree in business administration or a comparable educational pathway, ideally in an international retail setting
