The Human Resources, Finance, Controlling and IT departments converge centrally under our roof. The position is temporary for 24 months. Employment may be either part-time or full-time, depending on the individual agreement.
Your Tasks
1. Processing payroll in SAP in accordance with current employment law, applicable collective agreements, income tax legislation and social security regulations
2. Handling time management matters ( shift schedules, working time models, opening time windows) when covering for colleagues
3. Handling statutory electronic certification and reporting procedures
4. Carrying out administrative tasks, preparing documents, analyses and reports (SAP), maintaining the intranet
5. Supporting monthly reporting and the preparation of monthly financial statements
6. Supporting HR Business Partners in day-to-day operations
7. Supporting recruitment
Your Qualifications
8. Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
9. Further training as a Human Resources Specialist (m/f/d) desirable
10. Several years’ experience in human resources
11. Knowledge of payroll accounting and sound knowledge of income tax and social security law
12. Good knowledge of labour and collective agreements (metal and electrical industries) desirable
13. Ideally, in-depth knowledge of occupational pension schemes
14. Good knowledge of SAP desirable
15. Very good written and spoken German
16. Proficiency in MS Office applications
