Description and Requirements
Have you always wanted to have a job that can influence? Can you build relationships with distribution channels in Germany? If so, You will be responsible for handling the assigned accounts and all trade marketing activities regarding our Motorola smartphones with strategic partners and you will report to Motorola Sales Director for the DACH region. Responsibilities:
1. Prepare, build & implement yearly/quarterly business cases and strategies for the assigned key accounts and channels
2. Create and execute the marketing initiatives and sales programs to increase market share and in-house shares with the partners by working closely with the marketing teams
3. Lead the optimal sales strategy that will allow meeting the sales target by analyzing the channel accounts and products
4. Control the Sell In process with each partner via the appointed distributor or directly
5. Support the Sell Out process to achieve the partner KPI
6. Handle inventory and take appropriate measurements to avoid excess or out-of-stock situations
7. Coordinate internal and external resources to align key stakeholders, product strategy, and business strategy with the strategy of the assigned accounts
8. Develop, implement, and refine new initiatives with the partners to achieve better visibility in the various channels.
Requirements:
9. Have 5+ years of experience in a senior sales position preferably in the technology hardware industry
10. Have experience in selling products to retail and distribution channels
11. Can bring new products to the market & grow existing markets
12. Can speak fluent English and German
13. Own a driving license, in this position there will be around 40-60% of traveling
