We currently offer the position of Service Director, EMEA in our office in any major European location (Germany, UK, Italy), which will be REMOTE.
Your Responsibilities
1. The LMS EMEA Service Director manages all LMS Field Operations related to Service, including profitable growth of service revenue, installation of new and demonstration equipment in EMEA, service contract field repairs/refurbishment within SLA terms, demand service, and warranty repairs.
2. Manage and oversee an organization with 120 staff, including Field Service Managers, Engineers, Customer Service, and Service Contract Sales, ensuring satisfactory performance, business objectives, revenue, and profit targets.
3. Actively pursue customer feedback to ensure satisfaction and high-quality service, incorporating Danaher Business Systems tools into daily work.
4. Maintain knowledge of contractual obligations to properly respond and fulfill agreements with customers, dealers, and third-party service organizations.
5. Own and optimize the regional Service P&L to achieve financial objectives and create above-market growth.
6. Recommend and manage spare parts inventory, supplies, and meet contractual commitments and customer expectations.
7. Establish strong relationships with Sales Management and Business Unit Management to foster team collaboration and address escalated issues.
Your Profile
* Undergraduate degree required; Master’s degree a plus.
* Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a global organization.
* Experience managing and developing customer-facing organizations, preferably a field service organization.
* Experience managing customer relationships is strongly preferred.
* Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
Travel
* Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% within the EMEA territory.
