* Assist with reviewing travel plans and helping confirm important trip details
* Provide helpful information regarding destinations, travel guidelines, and company procedures
* Check in with clients prior to departure to ensure they have everything needed for their trip
* Address concerns in a professional and timely manner and refer complex issues when appropriate
