The role will be key in further expanding our Below The Line and Above The Line CRM offering in Germany, Austria and Luxembourg, particularly looking for opportunities to test and learn. It will also involve collaborating with various internal stakeholders such as Gaming and Features, Country Management, Brand, Product and Creative. This role revolves around the optimal use of technology and data to improve the effectiveness and efficiencies of CRM campaigns.What you’ll be doingAs part of your role, your responsibilities will include:Execution and ownership of slots and lifecycle CRM campaigns in Germany, Austria and LuxembourgManaging the automated lifecycle flow, ensuring onboarding, active and reactivation campaigns are being regularly optimised, tested and reported on to maximise KPIsOwnership of main slots loyalty programmes (Prize Wheel and Weekly Rewards Club), ensuring they are regularly refined and tested to deliver against Retention Rates and Player Value goalsOwning and executing large seasonal campaigns (eg. Summer and Christmas specials), which are used in both acquisition and retention channelsExecuting additional adhoc campaigns around new game releases, leaderboards and cashback specialsSupporting the brand and sponsorship team in utilising our world class sponsorship assetsManaging a range of communication tools – email, SMS, push notification, in-app messagingManaging content creation with the help of the creative departmentEnsuring the Betway websites are up to date and optimised, particularly the app and mobile siteCompetitor analysis to better understand our positioning in the marketThis job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of responsibilities. You may be required to complete other reasonable duties in order to achieve business objectives.Essential skills you’ll bring to the tableThe necessary skills that we require for this role include:Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectivelyExperience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goalsExpertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scopeExceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputsAbility to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situationsFluency in English and German (both verbal and written)Strong numerical and analytical skillsPassion for CRM and data insightsProject management skills and delivery focused attitudeDesirable skills you’ve got up your sleeveIt would be great if you also have some the following skills:In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trendsPrevious experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulationsFamiliarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standardsExperience in developing and executing customer retention strategiesExperience in the betting industry, preferably on the slots productExposure and good knowledge of a content management systemKnowledge of slots game types and providersStrong problem-solving skills in understanding and diagnosing solutionsExperience with ExcelExperience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Content Builder, Journey Builder etc.)Our values are non-negotiablesOur culture is underpinned by core values that are linked to key behavioural competencies.
