Our client—a global leader in data management—is looking for a Sales Engineer who’s not just technically brilliant, but also a Technology Evangelist ready to lead conversations, drive adoption, and shape the future of data fabric.What You’ll Be DoingAs a Sales Engineer, you’ll be the technical face of the sales team, working directly with prospects, partners, and customers to:Deliver compelling demos and hands-on proof-of-concepts that showcase the platform’s value.Translate business needs into technical solutions that drive real impact.Present to audiences ranging from developers to C-level executives.Evangelise at industry events, webinars, and workshops.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine messaging and influence product direction.What You Bring5+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Enterprise Architecture.Strong understanding of SQL, data integration (ETL, ESB, DV), APIs, and modern data platforms (Big Data, NoSQL, etc.).Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.A passion for technology and a natural ability to inspire and educate others.Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks.Familiarity with social media and employee advocacy to amplify thought leadership.Willingness to travel (up to 25%) to client sites and industry events.Why This Role?This is more than a job—it’s a chance to be a trusted advisor, a strategic influencer, and a voice for innovation.
