We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee the overall strategy and direction of our organization. As a Managing Director, you will be responsible for driving growth across various facets, including memberships, events, partnerships, and brand.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership & Strategy:
* Develop and implement multi-year strategies, defining budgets and OKRs for high-performing teams.
2. Commercial Growth, Partnerships & BD:
* Promote membership and event revenue through pricing, pipeline management, and contracts.
3. Community & Programming:
* Curate admissions and onboarding processes, running workshops, meetups, demo days, and residencies.
4. Operations, Facilities & Events:
* Ensure daily operational excellence, managing maintenance, cleaning, IT/AV, space optimization, vendors, and event schedules.
5. Marketing & Brand:
* Elevate our organization's presence through content creation, PR, newsletters, and social media.
6. Administration:
* Coordinate with tax accountants, handle invoicing/collections, contracts/lease, insurance, and compliance.
