Job Descriptions
1. This role is working as Social Media Marketing & Communication Expert for Business Stream Products in Greater China, reporting to Marketing & Communication Manager of Business Stream Products Greater China. In this role, you will work closely with the BS Products Global Marketing and Communications team to develop, execute and measure marcomm strategies that inform, inspire, and engage our external stakeholders and internal employees.
2. Marketing Communications
* Support the development and execution of BS Products marketing communication strategies in Greater China region, aligned with the overall regional business and global marketing objectives. This can include industry conferences, customer events, brand-building campaigns, thought leadership programs, and enhancing visibility of our continued growth in the region
* Create engaging and localized content for various channels, including social media, websites, and videos. Adapt global content to fit the local market and cultural nuances. This includes digital content, presentations, case studies, whitepapers and other collateral to support brand awareness, commercial demand, etc. The video creation on Social Media platforms is a must
* Execute digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, website optimization, and SEO/SEM strategies
* Work closely with multiple business departments and supporting departments to accomplish goals
* Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new Marcomm opportunities and ensure a competitive edge
3. Internal Communications
* Develop and/or edit content in many forms and styles, with specific focus on presentations at special internal events and internal communications
* Support the translation process for marketing communications, where necessary
* Support other internal and corporate communications initiatives as needed
* Additional Tasks: Willingly undertake any other duties assigned by the Supervisor to support business operations
Job Requirements
* Master's / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, business school or related field
* 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, internal communications or business development roles. (Working experience in TIC industry, consumer electronics industry, medical industry, new energy industry, and consumer goods industries, is a plus.)
* Ability to interact with diverse groups of people, develop strong networks and build credibility within the organization to work with stakeholders on engaging content and drive results
* Strong creative and copywriting skills for short videos and social media, with the ability to craft engaging content for different target audiences
* Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and web analytics
* Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrated proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. IELTS-7 or above is preferable
* Work ethic: Self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure, and willing to travel as required
