You ensure smooth operations, tenant satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and long-term value preservation of the assets. Working closely with internal teams, contractors, and tenants, you’ll contribute to the success of our healthcare real estate platform.ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day property operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry best practicesBuild and maintain strong tenant relationships, proactively addressing concerns and ensuring satisfactionCollaborate with the leasing team to support tenant retention and develop leasing strategiesSelect, manage, and negotiate with contractors and vendors to ensure cost-effective, quality service deliveryEnsure full compliance with all applicable regulations, including healthcare-specific standards (HIPAA, OSHA)Develop and control property budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare financial reportsIdentify property risks and implement mitigation strategiesMaintain accurate property records, reports, and documentationProvide regular updates and reports to leadership with performance insights and recommendationsQualificationsDegree in Real Estate Management or a related fieldSeveral years of experience managing commercial properties, ideally in the healthcare sectorStrong financial acumen and experience managing property budgets and financial reportingExcellent communication skills in German, English skills are a plusProficient with property management and accounting software, and MS OfficePreferred SkillsSolid understanding of maintenance, repair, and healthcare property operationsStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasksService-oriented mindset with excellent stakeholder management skillsContract negotiation experience and vendor management expertiseProactive, hands-on mentality with resilience and problem-solving skillsEqual Opportunity StatementWe are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
