Als Service Engineer (m/w/d) begleitest du unsere Maschinen vom Aufbau bis zur Inbetriebnahme – bei Kunden vor Ort oder remote vom Büro aus.
💼 Deine Aufgaben
* Installation und Inbetriebnahme unserer Maschinen (national & international)
* Technischer Support per Telefon, E-Mail, Remote oder vor Ort
* Fehlersuche und Problemlösung bei Automatisierungs- und Elektromechaniksystemen
* Schulung der Kunden in Bedienung und Wartung
* Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb und Technik zur Produktverbesserung
* Repräsentation unserer Technologie beim Kunden
🛠️ Was du mitbringst
* Technische Ausbildung oder Studium (z. B. Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik)
* 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung im Maschinenservice
* Gutes Verständnis für Automatisierung und Elektromechanik
* Eigenständige, praxisnahe Arbeitsweise
* Bereitschaft zu häufigen Dienstreisen im In- und europäischen Ausland (kurz/mittelfristig)
* Gute Englischkenntnisse
