Supply Chain Excellence Leader

We seek a seasoned professional to lead our supply chain initiatives, driving efficiency and innovation. Key responsibilities include:

1. Strategic supplier management with a focus on timely delivery and high-quality products.

2. Developing and implementing cost-saving strategies to enhance supply chain performance.
\
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.
\
4. Analyzing data to inform business decisions and optimize reporting dashboards.
\
5. Establishing strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation.
\
6. Leading taskforces and projects, leveraging project management skills and experience.
\
7. Participating in structured onboarding programs, mentoring, and training opportunities to develop soft and technical skills.
\
8. Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
\
9. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
\
10. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
\
11. Performing other duties as assigned by management.
\
12. Fluent English language skills (verbal and written).
\
13. Superior communication skills across hierarchy levels.
\
14. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
\
15. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

17. Proven track record of achieving results in a fast-paced environment.

18. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
\
19. 3+ years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.
\
20. Experience working with EMS/Assembly services is an asset.
\
21. Proficiency in MS-Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
\
22. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools is an advantage.
\
23. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
\
