Responsibilities
* Manufacturing of chemical release agents in strict compliance with all safety, quality, and production requirements
* Operation, monitoring, and parameter adjustment of complex production systems
* Professional processing, control, and documentation of all process orders in SAP
* Execution of material movements and inventory transfers throughout the production chain
* Active participation in optimization projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and technical adjustments
* Implementation of safety, work, and cleaning instructions, as well as participation in technical training sessions Close collaboration with shift supervisors, engineering/maintenance, quality assurance, and warehouse logistics
Qualifications
* Completed training as a Chemical Technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
* Experience with batch processes in chemical or process-oriented production
* Confident use of SAP or another ERP system
* Strong safety awareness and a responsible, quality-oriented working approach
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a structured and independent working style
* Willingness to work shifts (early/late shifts, Monday–Friday)
* Fluent German language skills
