About the Role:
The Aesthetics Compliance Expert DACH will be responsible for coordinating and leading the ethics and compliance programs across all affiliates in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. This position is a key member of both the Affiliate and Area Compliance Team and reports directly to the Area Director for Europe and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
2. Cultivate an environment where ethical behavior is valued and upheld.
3. Serve as a subject matter expert on ethics and compliance matters within affiliate leadership teams.
4. Promote awareness of industry codes, applicable laws, regulations within countries across multiple business functions such as Commercial Finance Medical Legal HR Regulatory Public Affairs ensuring that objectives are achieved in compliant manner escalated issues proposed solutions identified opportunities improvements existing processes enhanced training tracking remediation actions.
