Job Description:
As a Vice President of Global Product Marketing, you will define and execute the global product marketing strategy. This pivotal role offers strategic visibility and global impact.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute global product and brand strategies for the wound care portfolio, focusing on customer needs and business objectives.
* Optimize and streamline the product assortment in close collaboration with R&D, Manufacturing, SCM, and Finance.
* Engage closely with customers to identify unmet needs and co-create innovative solutions.
* Build strong value propositions and evidence-based product claims.
* Continuously monitor trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to steer strategic decisions.
* Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing international marketing team.
Requirements:
* A medical or clinical academic background, ideally complemented by business administration education.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in international product marketing or sales, preferably in the medical device or regulated wound care industry.
* In-depth knowledge of the wound care market, including customer insights, competitive dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
