As a Technical Writer Intern/Working Student, you will play a crucial role in creating and updating clear, concise, and accurate documentation for our products and services. This role is ideal for a student with strong writing skills, a passion for technology, and a desire to gain hands-on experience in technical writing and documentation. Review and update existing documentation regularly to maintain accuracy and relevance Assist in creating and maintaining a variety of technical documents, including user manuals, guides, help center, and FAQs Conduct research on industry standards, competitor products, and new technologies to enhance documentation quality Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy and completeness Ensure all documentation adheres to the company’s style guide and quality standards, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement Assist with the localization of documentation for different languages and regions Basic Qualifications: Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow-through, exercise can-do attitude, and illustrate exceptional communication skills both, written and verbal Easy to work with Sense of urgency Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in English, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is mandatory; any other languages like German is a plus Preferred Skills and Experiences: Basic experience with HubSpot Interest in technology and familiarity with technical terminology Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Enthusiastic about learning and eager to contribute to a fast-paced team environment What we offer: Centrally located office in Stuttgart Flexible working hours and a hybrid working model 30 vacation days/year in a full-time position Free drinks and weekly team lunch Personal and professional development potentialities and room for creative ideas An international team Are you ready for exciting tasks in an agile work environment with a professional yet collegial atmosphere?
