Aufgaben
Own all communications incl. website, PR and linkedin as well as presence on fairs and events - from strategy to content creation and design to publication
Execute go-to-market hands-on including talking to and managing a network of customers, from lead to contract
Morph between marketing and sales in the early days while focusing on one or the other later - initial focus with ~70% of your time will be marketing
Develop briefs and materials to expand to new products, segments and markets, including translating customer feedback into short- and long-term RnD initiatives
Qualifikation
~ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or related (ideally with focus on marketing, business development, sales)
~1-5 years of previous work experience in business development, marketing or sales
~ A track record of marketing selling successfully
~ Handling a high degree of ownership and self-management; being a team player
~ Fluency in English and German; speaking a bit of Spanish is a plus
~ Willingness to travel about once to twice per months for up to 2 nights each
