Position Overview The position is within the Wipro Enterprise Futuring Cybersecurity & Risk Services (CRS) practice and involves driving sales of our horizontal offerings across various industry verticals. The key responsibilities include: Overall security business management for assigned accounts, including sales, pre-sales, program, and delivery management. Order booking and revenue responsibility for the vertical/region/accounts. Managing the end-to-end bid management process for security programs. Building and maintaining relationships within the accounts and with existing IT relationships. Ensuring customer satisfaction through delivery and service quality. Job Requirements Leading sales in the domain of Enterprise Security consulting. Consulting on enterprise security solutions and offerings. Managing presales consulting and architecting solutions per customer demands. Revenue management for assigned regions/accounts. Developing business plans for sectors/accounts. Managing both farming and hunting accounts. Collaborating with virtual teams to create value propositions. Leading large bid processes with virtual teams. Engaging with CXOs to build the security business. Representing the team in steering committees and resolver groups. Transitioning and rolling out SOCs in customer environments. Positioning, architecting, and providing solutions for IT security requirements. Managing customer expectations and CSAT. Identifying and converting new business opportunities. Evangelizing security solutions to generate opportunities. Demonstrating customer-oriented, persevering approach with business acumen. Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and strong market knowledge of enterprise security trends. Self-motivated and proactive in generating business. Candidate Requirements Experience in positioning and selling enterprise security solutions across domains. Extensive sales, consulting, and pre-sales experience in enterprise security. Expertise in key security domains such as IT risk management, security operations, infrastructure security, application/data security. Experience working with virtual teams globally. Management of security programs or teams for at least 5+ years, including managed security services or large-scale security projects. Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards like ITAR, EAR, NERC, Safe Harbor Act, FISMA, FDA, SOX, HIPAA, PCI DSS. Ability to visualize and articulate transformational security solutions. Experience working in a global delivery model with complex or transformational projects. Interaction with CxO-level executives in Fortune 500 organizations. Interest in working as an individual contributor. Location: Frankfurt, Germany, with additional options in Munich or Dusseldorf.
