As a hotel brand standards auditor, you will visit hotels and assess their brand requirements, cleanliness, condition, and overall experience. Responsibilities: Attention to Detail: Meticulously evaluate hotel aspects, from room cleanliness to staff interactions. Accurate Assessments: Develop detailed and consistent evaluations and concise written reports. Timeliness: Meet assessment deadlines efficiently. Client Relations: Build positive relationships with property executives. Requirements: Experience: Familiar with hotel operations and management Full work permit in Germany: No visa sponsorship Language Proficiency: Excellent proficiency in German (additional languages are a plus) Independence: Ability to work autonomously, meet strict deadlines, and manage stress effectively Location: Based in a major city with good transport connections Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Valid Passport and Driving License: Required for travel in Germany Time Commitment: Willing to travel. Available to work from Monday to Friday, approximately 3 weeks per month. This position will partner with Ecolab on an independent consulting basis; you can contract directly as an individual or through your own company.
