Kelvion – Together, We Shape the Future To strengthen our Technology function within Kelvion, we are looking for a: Engineer Plate Development (m/f/d) We're seeking engineering talent to join our site in Sarstedt to drive our Technology function and help shape the future of the heat exchanger industry. What you will be responsible for: Develop plate and tool designs within plate development projects Organize prototype production and validation of new plate designs Drive shift of focus from experience-based design work to a simulation-based design development process Work on product and variant care for existing plate and tool designs About you: Master’s degree in engineering, physics, or a related technical field Expertise in engineering design tools such as CAD, FEA, etc. Fluent English and German language skills Knowledge of APIs, toolchain integration, and process automation Strong technical skills Strong ability to analyze complex systems and workflows Distinct problem-solving skills Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges effectively Readiness for travel What we offer you: At Kelvion we thrive on collaboration, embracing diversity of thought, and valuing every voice.
