Product Management Leader
This is a leadership role at the intersection of product management and team development. We are looking for a highly skilled professional to manage and mentor a team of product managers while overseeing the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key product categories.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in product management, with experience in leading teams and driving business growth. They will be responsible for defining success metrics, using data to guide decision-making, and ensuring product development efforts are timely and aligned with measurable business impact.

This office-based position can be located in Mainz (Germany), York (UK) or Lyon (France), depending on your preference.
Responsibilities:
* Lead, mentor and train a team of product managers across multiple product lines and office locations
* Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and customer-centric thinking
* Set individual goals and KPIs, conduct regular reviews and support career development
* Drive a data-informed approach to product prioritization and optimization
* Define, execute and communicate the product strategy and plan for specific product areas
* Develop business cases, business plans and product roadmaps for those product areas
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Astronomy or related technical field
* 8+ years experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership or people management role
* Demonstrated success in ideating or identifying and launching successful products
* Strong leadership and people development skills
* High level of personal initiative
* Strong analytical skills, organizational and strategic thinking skills
* Entrepreneurial spirit and technical curiosity
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
