We're looking for a Health and Safety Specialist to join our ambitious HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) team in Bleiswijk. You'll be the go-to person for all health and safety matters on site: proactively identifying risks, driving improvements, and engaging employees to build a strong safety culture.
Support managers and team leads in applying HSE policies and ensuring compliance with Dutch health and safety regulations.
listening, observing, and empowering them to take safety into their own hands.
Work-from-home flexibility : A bachelor's degree and an MVK or HVK qualification.
~3-4 years of experience in a Health & Safety role, ideally within logistics, production, or manufacturing environments.
~ Strong knowledge of Dutch health and safety regulations and risk assessment methods.
~ Experience conducting internal audits and compliance checks.
~ A hands-on, problem-solving attitude : you go to the floor, talk to people, and co-create solutions.
~ Full working proficiency in Dutch and English (both required).
