Transdev Group is looking for a Junior Project Officer to be based in Leipzig in Germany.
In Germany from 1998, Transdev is the leading private rail passenger’s operator and has helped to revitalize certain regions by deploying services that are better adapted to passengers’ needs. We operate 20 Operation & Maintenance contracts, totalizing 55 million train km for 118 million passengers per year. The fleet is composed of 472 trainsets.

Responsibilities
The Junior Project Officer is responsible for:
1. Support operational planning and implementation of battery-powered traction vehicles in close cooperation with specialist departments and train drivers.
2. Analyze and document operating data, charging cycles and performance indicators for the new vehicles.
3. Work with experts to develop concepts for training and operational processes.
4. You will be the point of contact for questions about the new vehicles – both internally and externally.
Required Education and Experience:
5. Master’s degree (University, Engineering school, Business school) specialization in Project Management
6. Initial experience in railway operations or technical project work would be an advantage

8. Good communication skills, structured approach to work
9. Openness to learning new things, high level of self-motivation
Language
10. Germany full proficiency is required (B2/C1)
11. English full proficiency is required (B2/C1)
