Job Description

🌟 Your Mission

You're the client whisperer that excites manufacturers for our product and helps them use

the software’s full potential, whilst collaborating closely with the sales and product team

* Value and ROI discovery : Collaborate with clients to uncover core business challenges. Identify and frame high-impact use cases aligned with customer strategic priorities. Conduct ROI Assessments, Proof-of-Value (PoV) projects, and support roll-outs.
* Customer engagement & success: Close deals by building strong client relationships, acting as the main contact to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
* Software demos and onboarding: Become a product expert and collaborate closely with the product team to deliver exceptional product demos, and onboarding experiences.
* Workshops & best practice content: Lead business value workshops to identify and qualify opportunities for process improvement. Develop reusable content and best practices.
* Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track account performance, report on progress toward targets, and keep clients informed on project updates and outcomes

* Hands-on mentality and a passion for bringing innovation to industry
* 2+ year of experience in manufacturing, technology consulting, sales, or similar
* Proven track record of exceeding targets and building strong client relationships
* Strong communication and presentation skills from operators to C-levels
* Analytical thinker with the ability to analyse customer needs and align solutions
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
