For our client, a well-established real estate investment firm based in Hamburg, we are currently looking for a motivated Investment Analyst (m/f/d) with a focus on Residential Real Estate Asset Classes.
Your Responsibilities
* Financial analysis and valuation of residential real estate investments
* Development and maintenance of detailed cash flow and financial models
* Support of acquisition, underwriting, and investment decision processes
* Market, portfolio, and location analysis within the residential real estate sector
* Preparation of investment memos, presentations, and reports
* Support of asset management and ongoing performance analysis
Your Profile
* University degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
* 0–1 year of professional experience in real estate, finance, consulting, or transaction-related roles
* Relevant internships (e.g. real estate investment, private equity, valuation, transaction advisory) are required
* Strong cash flow modeling and financial analysis skills
* Interest in and basic understanding of residential real estate asset classes
* Fluent German and English skills
* Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and a structured, proactive working style
* Excellent Excel skills; experience with financial or real estate models is a plus
