As (Senior) Product Marketing Manager (gn) at More, you will lead the development and execution of a specific product line/category strategy to drive growth, brand awareness, and market share. You are accountable for the product line/category P&L and target delivery by ensuring an effective portfolio, price pack architecture, promotion strategy, and innovation pipeline.
Your mission
* You bring a strategic mindset to develop and implement category strategies, including market positioning, pricing, and innovation pipelines
* You have full P&L ownership and are accountable for achieving revenue, profitability, and market share targets
* You monitor financial performance and take data-driven actions to optimize sales, margins, and forecasting accuracy
* You bring strong analytical skills to identify growth opportunities based on market trends and consumer insights
* You collaborate cross-functionally to align product development, go-to-market strategies, and lifecycle management
* You drive successful product launches and strategic partnerships to increase brand visibility and impact
Location and Remote Work
* Primary Work Location: Hamburg
* Remote Setup: Hybrid - 2-3 days per week at our HQ in Hamburg
Your experience & skills
* You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
* You bring several years of experience in product management within the FMCG industry
* You have a proven track record in developing category strategies, driving innovation, and managing product portfolios from concept to lifecycle
* You have successfully managed product category P&Ls, with a strong focus on revenue growth and profitability
* You bring an analytical mindset with expertise in market research, data analysis, and financial planning
* You are a strong communicator and team player, fluent in English and German, thriving in dynamic, cross-functional environments
* Most importantly: You identify with our brand, believe in our mission, and are excited to contribute with energy, ideas, and ownership
