Your Tasks We are hiring two fragrance experts at different seniority levels within our Global Fragrance Management team. Based on your experience, we will match you to the most suitable position during the recruitment process. In close collaboration with leading fragrance houses and cross‑functional partners, you will help define the olfactive direction of our global personal care brands. Contribute to shaping, evolving and implementing global olfactive and fragrance strategies. Leading fragrance development from briefing to final selection, ensuring compliance with the latest regulatory and safety restrictions to maintain business continuity (e.g., IFRA). Driving concept‑, trend‑ and insight‑based fragrance creation aligned with brand strategy and consumer needs as well as Drive cross‑functional collaboration and senior stakeholder alignment across Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Procurement and global partners. Evaluating fragrance quality, stability and product performance, ensuring best‑in‑class consumer experiences. Managing global fragrance portfolios and ensuring transparent, accurate documentation and data flow. Collaborating closely with fragrance houses and fostering strong, trust‑based partnerships. Delivering olfactive trend insights, market movements, innovations and new technologies. Gobal role only: Steering fragrance phase‑outs, ensuring timely and efficient transitions in line with regulatory changes, portfolio needs and cost/value optimization Mentoring colleagues and representing the company as a subject matter expert in global teams and external collaborations Your Profile University degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., chemistry, biology, cosmetic science or related fields). Additional training from a perfumery school and relevant experience as a (Senior) Fragrance Evaluator / (Senior) Fragrance Manager. Proven experience in personal care fragrance development — from first years of experience after final graduation up to extensive global senior expertise. Strong, differentiated olfactory skills and the ability to confidently articulate fragrance choices to expert stakeholders. Knowledge of fragrance‑related regulatory and safety requirements; for global role: deep expertise in global frameworks (e.g., IFRA, corporate safety governance, cost/value optimization). Strong collaboration, communication and stakeholder‑management skills in an international environment, preferably with the ability to engage senior management and global partners. Fluent English; additional languages are a plus. Global role: proven strategic thinking, ownership and the ability to navigate complexity in a global matrix organization.
