Stellenbeschreibung
* Acting as the central coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of the entire supply chain
* Daily monitoring of supply chain performance to ensure full transparency
* Acting as a primary problem-solver for conflicts regarding goods receipt, internal transport, and shipping
* Active coordination and execution of reverse logistics processes
* Management of inventory levels in close alignment with suppliers and internal customers
* Close collaboration with external suppliers and internal cross-functional departments
* Joint implementation of preventative measures to ensure a reliable supply chain
* Analysis of delays and independent prioritization of urgent tasks
* Management of short- and long-term operational measures (e.g., logistics improvement, shortage management)

Anforderungsprofil
* Completed studies in the field of Business administration, industrial engineering, Supply Chain / Logistics or a comparable qualification
* More than three years of professional experience in the field of:
o Customer service
o Planning / material procurement
o Purchasing
o Project management
* Good knowledge of SAP/R3
* Knowledge of Google Workspace
* Fluent in English
* Basic German skills
* French or Spanish is an advantage
