Description We are seeking a Process Owner (m/f/d) to lead the restructuring of our inland transportation processes. This role is pivotal in establishing a global Inland Delivery (IDT) process, ensuring we meet our customer quality promises. You will collaborate closely with the Transport Management System team to develop a seamless and efficient IDT process, acting as the central point of contact for regional inquiries and driving process improvements. Responsibilities Define, document, and own the IDT process, adapting it to future needs and ensuring integration with the end-to-end process Serve as the primary point of contact for regional IDT inquiries, facilitating smooth communication between stakeholders Collect and assess feedback from local and regional teams, translating it into IT requirements for the TMS and Salesforce Case Management Collaborate with the TMS product team to develop a synchronized process and system Support IDT rollouts in various areas, aligning with regions on priorities, and facilitating best practice sharing Monitor KPIs, set targets, and drive excellent service delivery and transport quality Analyze process data to identify and address bottlenecks and inefficiencies Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including training materials Communicate process changes effectively to ensure consistent implementation Qualifications Completed apprenticeship or university degree in shipping, logistics or transportation with strong experience in TD/Operations or Customer Service processes Proactive team player with a strong goal orientation Excellent analytical skills and a proven track record in problem-solving Experience in process optimization and improvement initiatives with the a bility to document processes clearly and concisely Strong communication skills combined with very good presentation skills, particularly in PowerPoint Familiarity with transport management systems is preferred, Salesforce Case Management experience is advantageous Willingness to travel for work
