Leader in Oncology Sales
We are seeking a strong and charismatic leader to oversee the sales team for oncology products across Germany.
This role involves close collaboration with the leadership team to improve overall success and achieve sales targets. Operational excellence is a key driver in our business, and working closely with the commercial operations team will be crucial for success.
The successful candidate will lead the GER sales team to fully leverage the best-in-class product Oncotype DX Breast Recurrence Score in breast centers and key accounts across Germany.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a national sales strategy as a member of the DACH leadership team.
* Implement and optimize KOL management and peer-to-peer education strategies.
* Potential-driven territory management for all sales territories, including quantitative and qualitative goal setting.
* Optimize the existing account management system in constant exchange with the sales excellence team.
Requirements:
* Significant pharmaceutical/diagnostics sales team management experience, ideally within oncology or specialty business.
* Strong experience promoting complex products in medical oncology and/or diagnostics.
* Self-motivated with strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
* Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
* Experienced coach developing top-performing sales experts.
