Tasks
* As a specialist area manager, you will be responsible for the technical management of a team of 12 people. You will coordinate and manage the SAP IS-U support team, ensuring operational stability and promoting employee development.
* Manage projects related to the SAP S/4HANA migration and the strategic development of our SAP IS-U landscape.
* Plan, oversee, and implement the transformation from SAP IS-U to SAP S/4HANA in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
* Analyze, evaluate, and design system architectures and processes for future-proof SAP system alignment in the energy sector.
* Manage interfaces and communicate with stakeholders.
* Collaborate with related departments, IT, management, and external partners for project and system integration.
* Ensure testing, change, and release management processes, and implement efficient project support and quality management in SAP environments.
Requirements
* A degree in (business) informatics, economics, or a comparable qualification.
* Several years of experience managing complex SAP projects, preferably in SAP IS-U and/or S/4HANA environments.
* Deep knowledge of SAP IS-U and energy industry processes.
