Senior Sales Engineer – Modular Construction & Sustainable Housing (m/f/d)

An innovative company in the field of industrialised, low-emission housing solutions is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer who thrives at the intersection of technology, sales, and project development.
The company delivers serially produced, energy-efficient residential buildings and supports clients—from developers to housing cooperatives—throughout the entire project lifecycle, from concept to contract.
Your Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with residential developers, housing associations, cooperatives, and institutional investors
* Present and consult on modular, energy-efficient construction systems tailored to client needs
* Develop project concepts in close coordination with internal planning and technical teams
* Lead pricing, offer development, and contract negotiations (incl. BGB/VOB frameworks)
* Represent the company at industry events and on-site client meetings throughout Germany
Your Profile:
* Degree in architecture, civil engineering, or construction-related industrial engineering
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction, ideally within residential, modular, or timber-based projects
* Strong communication and consulting skills with a sound technical foundation
* Experience negotiating with developers, investors, or public-sector clients
* Passion for sustainable construction and digital innovation
* Fluent in German (C2 written and spoken); Fluent in English
