Facility Manager Job
Becoming a Facility Manager is the ideal role for you if you are passionate about building projects and ensuring the functionality of technical equipment. As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the planning, coordination and implementation of new construction projects, maintenance measures and repairs.
Further, it's crucial that you ensure the operability of our technical equipment and facilities, maintain accurate documentation and develop processes for efficient working practices.
* Development of project strategies and coordination with internal teams
* Ensuring the smooth operation of technical systems and facilities
* Quality assurance of all service contracts
Your Qualifications
For this position, we're looking for someone who has completed a degree in civil engineering or a related field (e.g., a trade apprenticeship with further education as a technician or master craftsman). Alternatively, applicants with relevant work experience in facility management will also be considered.
* Qualification in a relevant field or extensive professional experience
* Knowledge of building regulations, particularly the KG 400 guidelines
* High level of organization and problem-solving skills
* Strong cost awareness and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
